Sub: School Education -Visit of certain Schools in Nandyala District by under signed- Certain lapses found - Show Cause Notice - Reg.

During the visit of undersigned to MPPS, K. Chabolu, Jupadu Banglow Mandal of Nandyal District on 31.12.2022, it was observed in School that, one SGT (with) B.Sc Maths) and other SGT (with double Masters in physics and English) are working. There are 20 (twenty) students in the school. The teacher student ratio in the school is 1:10 which is very healthy ratio. Even with this healthy ratio following lapses that are non negotiable in nature were identified:

i) Many children were given single language textbooks instead of bilingual

text books. ii) Large number of children have not completed even one page in the work

book. iii) Most of the students note books have not been checked by the teacher even once (not even one page)

2. Smt. M. Anuradha, District Educational Officer is therefore, directed to submit her explanation in writing with in 7 (Seven) days on the following:

a) Is it a one exceptional case or how many foundation and foundation plus

schools either in same issue?

b) Apart from just merely passing instruction to the MEO and HMs, what efforts have made by DEO since July to ensure that above type of situation could not have been arisen.

3. Smt. M. Anuradha, District Educational Officer, Nandyala is directed to submit her explanation by 7th January, if any, in the matter to the Government, failing which, it will be construed that she has no representation to offer and further action will be taken in the matter.
